NC Fire Tactics was founded by veteran firefighters who saw too many talented recruits fall short of the badge — not from lack of heart, but from lack of preparation. We exist to close that gap.
Today we partner with departments across North Carolina to deliver recruitment-ready candidates and signature training experiences like Draft Day and Hell Night.
