Flagship Event
The Firefighter Draft Day is designed as a structured hiring and recruitment event that connects certified firefighters seeking full-time or part-time employment with participating departments. This event provides candidates the opportunity to demonstrate their physical capabilities, technical skills, and operational readiness in a controlled, realistic environment. For departments, Draft Day serves as a streamlined evaluation tool to observe candidates performing job-specific tasks under pressure, helping identify individuals who meet operational standards and department expectations.

Elite Training
From dusk to dawn, recruits work through smoke-filled scenarios, RIT drills, and rescue evolutions designed to break — and rebuild — your fireground mindset.
Program Overview
Firefighter Hell Night is an immersive, overnight training evolution designed to simulate the unpredictability, intensity, and operational tempo of real-world emergency response. This program places firefighters in a controlled but high-stress environment where they must apply their training, decision-making, and leadership skills across a series of dynamic scenarios.
Conducted in partnership with multiple agencies—including Fire, Law Enforcement, and EMS—Hell Night delivers a realistic, multi-disciplinary experience that mirrors the complexity of modern emergency incidents.
Throughout the night, crews will rotate through multiple live-action scenarios, which may include:
Each scenario is designed to challenge not only technical skills but also communication, command presence, and situational awareness.
Participants leave Hell Night with increased confidence, sharper decision-making skills, and a deeper understanding of how to operate effectively in high-pressure, multi-agency incidents.
Strength, conditioning, and CPAT mastery on a structured 12-week cycle.
Mock boards led by current chiefs and captains. Get coached on every answer.
